Got it from Rev Tuttle's safe at his home in Baton Rouge. Tuttle didn't report that break in. Just reported the break in at Tuttle's Shreveport home because that is where Cohle came up empty. Cohle thinks Tuttle was killed because of what Cohle took from his home.

I think the only thing that I'm questioning is how widespread is the Carcosa society. Is Maggie's father involved or have knowledge, seems to me that Tuttle would have been a huge fish to reel in, while Jim Bob St. Lawnmeauxer who is Tuttle's great nephew wouldn't be that big a fish.
