But you have to admit their QB is one hell of a guy. http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/spt/stories/111908dnspocowblogromo.161a4cd.html
There are plenty of guys on the Cowboys who have good character. Off the top of my head: Jason Witten, Bradie James, Marcus Spears, Damarcus Ware, Marion Barber.
He really is a great guy. When it comes to helping out on the field, he's always generous too. He's always tossing the ball to a defensive back that needs to pad his stats. So nice of Romo to do this for players on opposing teams.
I know there are some good guys on Dallas... but it's just too easy to pick on a team that seems to welcome every problem player in the league. On a related note... looks like Pacman's reinstated.
I disagree. To say he is a bad playoffs QB, you have to say Favre, Garcia and Brady are, too. Because Romo had better stats against that Giants team than the other guys did. Just simply losing a game does not make the QB automatically at fault.
Passing stats are nice, but winning means more and always will. Romo has the stigma of not winning a playoff game, and the cowboys are dragging this around too. Eventually he will win, and put it behind him.
Favre is overrated. Brady wins no matter what his supporting cast does. Mark of a true champion. Romo has shown absolutely no ability to do this as of yet.
