But I thought the roster was the problem in Cleveland.

as long as he has D Wade and Bosh, he could bring everyone over except Jamison, Williams, and the dude that was hittin his mom, and we are talking championship.

So if the Heat roster was.....

    James
    Wade
    Bosh
    Haslem
    Ilgauskus
    Gibson
    Varajao
    Hixon
    Parker
    Powe
    Telfair
    Green
    Shaq

that wouldn't be a championship caliber team? Or did i just completely boot what you were saying.

MM hating on the heat WAY too much.

Just adding Miller, Ilgauskas, Haslem puts them in position to win it. And they have more to come, obviously.

I'm not a Heat fan, but I like Wade a lot.

    C Ilgauskas
    PF Bosh
    SF Miller
    SG Wade
    PG James

    PF Haslem
    PG Chalmers

They need about 3 more vets. A 3 point specialist, a defensive specialist and another all around player. The last 3 spots will be filled with their rookies, d-league, summer league players.

I agree. I was very much against this working but with the cap going up, the guys taking less, and all these crazy exemptions I'm now reading about, they're going to be a tough team to stop. I've officially changed my mind.

Just not on the bandwagon and Im taking bets. I see serious defensive holes with Miller, Chalmers, and Big Z

    They better call James Posey.

I'm seeing defensive holes in their entire starting line up. James and Wade have never been good on-ball defenders, not sure about Bosh though. I'm assuming he isn't that great either since I haven't heard about his D.

I love Haslem though. Dude does whatever the team asks and does it well. His mid-range jumper is money too.

They might be better served not too go all out in the regular season and just make sure the big 3 are healthy for the playoffs, like the Celtics last year.

One thing for sure though, is that it will be extremely entertaining to see the Heat play the top teams in the league and also the teams that LeBron toyed around with. Should be very intense...

Why? Does he know some good defensive players looking to take the league minimum?
