Lipscomb wanted a commitable offer but he is too similar a RB to Ford and Pratt. Shepard was lobbying for him and both players seemed to handle it with class. Sounds like Miles was honest about the possibilites and they respected that. I will be pulling for Lipscomb down the road.
Definitely b/c he really could've used his weight to get him a scholarship like a package deal basically.
Soft-verbal to Minn as of right now. (Rivals) This doesn't bother me at all. We've already got a couple of good prospects committed, Richardson seems like a real possibility. But even if we didn't take another RB this class, would that be bad? With what seems to be on the horizon in 2010, I'm thinking we'll be just fine! That Seastrunk kid looks freakishly good. :shock::thumb:
