Why would you be floating if you are on the roof?

You cant be upset about him being our next HC when nobody has said he will be our next HC. If he is our next HC, its because he will have proved he is the right man for the job in which case, why would you argue with hiring a proven winner?

If O has proven anything, its that our roster is as talented as anybody's in the nation and he has made coaching the LSU Tigers the last month look pretty easy.

Before Miles got fired, I heard repeatedly, "it doesn't matter who LSU gets, anybody can win with all that talent down in Baton Rouge, as long as they're not constantly beating their self"............is that the truth or is Coach O just that good of a coach?

We will see in the next month.

Tap but all of your posted seem to be teetering on the edge of hoping LSU loses so you can be "right" about Miles.

It was time for Miles to go. And no, the offense didn't look like this under Miles. Sorry. We put together a good half against Miss St. We didn't put together what we've seen so far under Coach O, which is consistency over 4 quarters.

Now do I think we Coach O is the long term solution?? I have to admit, it's a little difficult for me to see Coach O as the "Saban slayer." I think Saban is on another level from most college coaches and certainly Coach O. I think LSU can do better than Ed Orgeron. By all accounts, LSU is a top 5 job and I don't think Coach O is a top 5 coach. However, he is doing a better job than Miles did this season so it was clearly time for Miles to go, which seems to be the part you are struggling with the most.
