Sorry Tap but this is the worst thread idea ever. I don't know you at all but hope you were doing some serious day drinking when you started this extremely negative thread.

    Lol.

I can understand not jumping aboard the Eaux train yet, he's not quite a sure thing. But he's had LSU playing ball, the likes of which we haven't seen since the 2011 SECC. Nobody has crowned Eaux the king just yet, but we've looked pretty damn good and Miles has left us wanting. He had his run but he just wasn't getting it done toward the end.

And Oeaux has made LSU football fun to watch again after Miles sucked the life out of it for the last 4 years.

Because the definition of negative is pointing out the worst things in a situation. If you were saying nice things, I would call you positive and happy.

If he keeps winning he might be the best candidate. We don't live in a static world.

Miles finally put Etling in, but the offense was still dragging ass. Maybe he would have done just what Ogeron has done, but we had been in a steady decline and Miles showed little sign of changing. He looked like a whipped puppy in post game pressers and the team looked like it had given up on him. The fan base had. It was time, it has been done, and Ogeron has the opportunity of a lifetime. So far he's made the most of it.

As you've warned, hiring a new coach is a tough endeavor - a lot of unknowns. Having a washed up DL coach win out would be pretty damn impressive relative to what uncertainties there are out there. That he's a local boy is just lagniappe.

I've been on here over a year and still don't know what a 'minion' is. Those who were for Elmer?
