    Collinsworth is still doing the color.

    they said early this week he was not doing the game because of a "sore throat".

    now who knows their throat will still be sore a week in advance.


    sounds to me like they realize he sucks and are experimenting.

    I knew the voice but couldn't place it, I just don't watch ND since I don't like watching High School football.

    He's pretty good though.

    thats the grey headed afro white dude that used to do the sec basketball games I believe. jefferson pilot. he still may be with LF for all I know.

    indeed he still does SEC basketball for Lincoln Financial. Especially the SEC Tourny for sure.

    because despite all the hate, that high school team is pretty prestigious, and being the voice is them is pretty good green in the pocket. :)

    Gumbel is a horrible announcer. No excitement and his narrations are about 3 seconds too late.
