And like I said earlier, their not as heavy in talent as we are and have been either. You can only do so much with what you have, with our talent pool I think he'll be excellent.
:geaux::crystal::helmet: OK. And what were we this year? I'm not sure our defence was in the 70's this year. Not the last half of the season for sure!!! Chavis, if he comes, will be light years ahead Malleveto hands down. :geauxtige:champs::LSU231:
:geaux::crystal::helmet: That's much higher than I would imagine. Whoever came up with that ranking must not be counting any games in the second half of the season whatsoever. :geauxtige:champs::LSU231:
http://web1.ncaa.org/mfb/natlRank.jsp?year=2008&rpt=IA_teamtotdef&site=org If Chavis does come to LSU does that mean he and Fulmer are splitting up or that Fulmer isn't going to coach next year ? They have been together a while and obviously get along. If Fulmer was considering coaching again next year, I'd think he'd try and bring Chavis with him.
37th? wow, well lets keep the DC's that we have then, chavis is terrible. let me go find a DC that is perfect throughout his career, #1 defense, giving up 0 yards per game for 15 straight years.
