Dumbass DFW had a panic attack yesterday and drained every drop of gas in the metroplex. I am holding out with a half of a tank. I will not sit in those lines.
The sheep are at it again today. Lining up for that last drop of gas. It is full Mad Max here right now.
it feeds on itself, someone says hey we might run out of gas, and starts hoarding then the next guy and the next and then bam it comes true.
I didn't buy gas at $2.25. I just couldn't help but notice the price when I drove past gas stations. I hope it goes down before I need gas again.
They were running out of gas here in CS yesterdeay as well. Was told by one of the employees at HEB that they had less than 2000 gallons and to top off. I needed to anyway cause I have to go to the Woodlands tomorrow. They ran out of gas while I was in line. I did get some at a Chevron with no lines. But several places here were out. Navasota was out as well and there were people from the Houston area in line getting gas. They aren't sure when they will get the next delivery. That is the issue - not a gas shortage - just slow delivery time.
