Man, some folks will believe anything they hear or read from the media. Methinks attorney Threatt is simply seeking a Change of Venue along with some public sympathy for his client. Too bad that Updyke is too ignorant to understand that he is being used by someone with a different agenda than his own.

Question: If Updyke were attacked as he claims, why wouldn't there be a police report ?

True, but it still amounts to the entire thing occurring in less than an hour. If he had actually gone to the ER, he would have waited at least that long just to be seen. So the overall timeline estimate doesn't fit. Matlock has been learning me stuff.

 

hospitals in alabama may be akin to a porta potty. clearly theres no paperwork to fill out because that requires reading.
