Sources -- USC's Nick Perry has agent, headed to NFL - ESPN Los Angeles So far, 2 of the big 4 Juniors have declared. If the QB does, I look for the fourth to follow. The loss of the scholarships and the Juniors will be a killer. 2012 prediction: Ducks 52 USC 21
I don't care if Barkley or whoever stays or not. From what I've seen this year, their D is what will keep them from a National Championship.
It took a few years for it to officially end though, the billboard just crashed to the ground! Earthquake!!!:hihi::grin:
It doesn't matter how good the teams are really. Espn wants viewers. They will pump up at least one school from each conference or area of the country. Take for instance the PAC. They will pump up a few PAC teams for viewer ratings from that area. They need tv sets turned on. Because of the exposure, these teams will be ranked higher. It doesn't matter if they are really as good as advertised, as long as the people in that region turn on the tv. It's the same as on the east coast. They are going to pump up virgina tech. It doesn't matter how good vt really is as long as tv sets are tuned in. It's in espn's best intrest to pump up USC so the massive tv market in California wants to watch and money can be made in advertising. There are many teams that are artificially ranked higher than they should be due to the exposure they recieve by espn and the others.
