Gun rights case: Supreme Court rules on second amendment

The Supreme Court ruled for the first time Monday that the Second Amendment provides all Americans a fundamental right to bear arms, a long-sought victory for gun rights advocates who have chafed at federal, state and local efforts to restrict gun ownership.

As expected, Mayor Daley and Chicago's City Council are circling the wagons to defend against an unfavorable decision by the Supreme Court concerning the city's gun ban.

I just wanted to point out how close we are to losing our rights.
This 5-4 decision meaning that the 4 who voted against doesn't believe in the following statement in the bill of rights.
Once and if Liberals get one more judge besides replacement of a liberal on the court our rights as Americans will end.

    Quote:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

I will point out that Liberals don't have to change the constitution but through the education system and judicial activism they are able to get around the constitution.
They like to nominate their own judges but when the ruling goes against them they don't play by the same set of rules.
Examples, ruling on the oil moratorium, Supreme Court ruling on DC and Chicago gun ban.
