That one touchdown wasn't one they would have gotten in a close game either. For what it's worth, LSU only managed to score two field goals in 120 minutes. The third one was in an untimed overtime period. You remember that overtime period where the Gumps not only put up a goose egg, but went for negative yardage and their fans cried like little bitches.
After we beat Alabama people will be talking about Jeremy Hill like they were with Ceicil Da Diesel Collins.... I'm a believer in J.Hill and I think he has the most pro potential out of any one of our backs. 6' 2" 235lb's runs a legit 4.5 and has vision like a boss... LSU 16 Alabama 13
Yes, but will the coaches allow him the opportunity to take over? I'm thinking we don't see much of him until the second half.
His combination of power & speed is ridiculous. Absolutely unfair. Just think, when we have Blue back next year, we'll have two 6'2" running backs with serious breakaway speed.
For the amount of talent this team has lost from last year we're sitting pretty good, just have to take care of business. I think our year may be next season with all of the returning experience coming back.
I will also say that LSU has the potential to win this game by the same score I predicted, but that all depends on which LSU football team shows up. I'm hoping we can at least sustain drives eating clock and keeping the defense fresh...
