Now that we are officially out of it with the Tennessee win over UK here is how I see the NC matchup going. Ohio State is in unless Kansas wins out. I think the Big 12 cancels each other out. Missou beats KU, OK beats Missou. WVU vs Ohio State in NC game. Ohio State wins. It's something when WVU has to beat UCONN and Pittsburg to get the NC. OSU has really one game all year it's Michigan. We needed to go through the SEC gauntlet to even have a shot. I'd say LSU, ARK, Auburn, FLA, UGA, Tenn in the same conference as both of these teams gives WVU and OSU at least 3 losses each. It's sad but that is the life of the SEC.
That is the way the SEC goes. Nothing new there. This is why it is important to win this game next week. No shame at all in being SEC Champs. Most years, put the SEC champ into the title game against whomever and the SEC champ will represent well and win more than 5 out of 10 times. :lsup:
I just hope that it is not Ohio State they are the most undeserving team at this moment.WV will beat the crap out of them with their spread offense.
Looks like Kansas is the example of a Team who hasnt played a ranked team/competition all year. Its a shame a teams that have weak/1 game schedules like WVU and Ohio State will/may play in the National Championship
if osu plays wvu in the title game (which i'm pretty sure is going to happen) then the game won't even be close. wvu will blow osu completely and utterly out of the water. it won't even be close to close. thanks to the wonderful bcs system we will probably be left with yet another boring as all hell bcs championship game.
WVU 45, Ohio State 23 Ohio State showing once again that they are complete farce as well as the entire Big 10. I really hope Mizzou wins out and plays WVU. Two really great offenses to defend. It would be a fireworks display with lots of great athletes on the field.
