This is the worst offensive line play we have witnessed since at least going back to 1999.

With a unit quoted as "the best group I have had at LSU". Directly from Les Miles' mouth this offseason.

Those two realities combined beg for his dismissal. Even 6 games in.

If you remember it was raining real hard that night. And LSU doesn't allow umbrellas in the stadium. I was watching at home and I almost left

Besides his questionable play calling and time management goofs, I knew when I started seeing miles going out of his way to seem like an idiot things were gonna be bad. I couldn't imagine being miles boss and feeling good about his Harlem Shake video.

I do not like what I'm seeing from the OL, but this goes beyond Grimes. Firing him this soon is like putting a band aid on a giant gash. It won't stop the bleeding.

I am not smart enough to tell if an OL's problems are preparation or the abilities of the players. So I won't condemn Grimes yet. But I do think the line played better without Porter at center.

they had a green QB and we had a seasoned one. this year is reversed. you put a Sr Mett on this team and its a nailbiter.

I'm inclined to think that wouldn't have mattered much. Mett still benefitted from a running game. And at least a mediocre defense.

I've spent time in Tiger Stadium in the rain--even back in the putrid late 80's/early 90's without an umbrella.

Today's fans act like their asses will melt in the rain.

Like the South Carolina game with the long haired QB, 1994 maybe?
