Props to the coaches for making the adjustments and bringing the pressure! The defense seemed motivated compared to the first half. Hopefully its a preview of things to come!:geauxtige

It took 5 and half games, but LSU finally decided to play defense. That second half is LSU football. Unleashing absolute hell on the Cocks and holding them to 50 yds in the second half.

I just hope they continue this for the rest of the year. Next week against jawja they should blitz all game against that dreadful qb. stop Moreno and they're done.

And i love both Scott and K-dub in the backfield at the same time. If they can continue as a one/two punch, that will help our qbs big time.

I am glad the one two punch looked good; I am also pleased they start to give Keiland more touches as he also has got to learn and improve. He seemd to run a bit better tonight; and I almost forgot about the yards he can gain after being tackled.

I think it started in the first half. The Tigers were blitzing, and going after their man. No more of this bend but don't break, then break accidentally defense!

    WE ARE BACK!

A loss is nothing a win won't cure. Ask a gator.

We can beat anyone in Tiger Stadium. The defense is back and the offense is learning and improving.

AU, FL, Scar on the road, and come out with 2 wins (with a freshman QB), that is something to be proud of.

I am really happy with this win. Once again, Miles outcoaches Spurrier.

And for the next rabbit out of my hat...TN over Bama, you heard it here folks!

    Quality post.

Tenn over Bama is not that far fetched. Tenn played some ball tonite and Bama is still overrated.

Bama didn't even have a second half. Our D contains, their D proved today they can be ran on. I like the Tigers in the Valley over Bama.

I think we may be seeing our defensive coaches figuring it out before our eyes. As much as we can see the difference I'm sure they see alot more potential and room for improvements once they pressure the QB. I think we will see more improvements as the season progresses.

Blitz heavy. We'll give up the big play.. but i'm okay with a rattled QB who can throw a prayer. 2/3 things that can happen on a pass are good for the D.

wasnt this what was supposed to happen?

wasnt our defense supposed to progress as the season went along?

cant we give probs to our co ds for growing as well as there young players growing as well

if we come in hot hot hot against georgia FROM THE BEGINING we can get an impressive win
