prolly not many pitchers started out wild, and when they came in close, ump wasn't calling it. I would have left the bat on my shoulders too.
Well only one swing so far, but the corners of the plate definitely fell into the o-zone apparently. They just put in the sidearm guy. He was a little wild.
Three swings from two batters. And they accounted for the 2 outs. There were only really 3 questionable calls, but one was the 3-0 pitch that loaded the bases. It was a srtike imo. Oh well, can only hope the strike zone stays a little more consistent today.
dude had a lot of movement. shouldve brought the secondbaseman in to throw bp, but i guess that wouldnt have turned out so well either.
Now, there's a news flash. :hihi: Hoos doing a number on the mighty Titans. Makes one wonder what the committee was thinking when they seeded the Horns (no hitting average pitching) and Titans (below average schedule) over the :tigbas:
i honestly could NOT tell from my seat which is why the replays would have been nice. texas lucked up. LSU is the best team in bracket one without question, but UNC and ASU are going to be interesting matchups. like i said earlier, i like the matchup with ASU. UNC and LSU are, IMO, carbon copies. well, at least offensively.
