On our game today against the Texans:

Look for another set of basic personnel packages and alignments tonight. Williams said the real chaos won't begin until the regular season opener against Detroit on Sept. 13.
"It will not come in the preseason," Williams said. "(Detroit Coach) Jim Schwartz and I are very good friends. I'm not interested in Jim seeing anything until that day (in the regular-season opener)."
That's a potentially scary thought for NFL offenses.

That's good to know that Greg is holding the D back this preseason in an effort to keep his cards close to his chest.

This in itself is a far cry from recent Saints defenses. The Saints D is actually holding back? Dang.

"We have the ability to be a big-play defense, create a lot of turnovers, make big plays, whether it's picking up fumbles or causing fumbles, interceptions," free safety Darren Sharper said. "That's the way this defense is built is to be a type of turnover-creating defense, a controlled frenzy. Controlled chaos is what Coach Williams likes to call it. You'll see us create a lot of turnovers."

This tells me that the players are buying into Greg Williams and his system.

This paragraph actually made chills go down my spine:

The potential of the Saints adding a big-play defense to their high-powered offense should send the rest of the league on alert. If they can give Drew Brees and company more chances to score, it could be scary how many yards and points the Saints can amass.
