I disagree beyond horrible would be 2-16 for 15 yards and 2 picks. He was mediocre.

I have to give the WR's a solid B. They caught the passes they should. No real drops. You can't can't downgrade for poor QB play. Their blocking is the best. For a unit that are known for being diva's and wanting the ball. The LSU WR's stick with the gameplan.

I was very disappointed in AJ last night. I certainly feel Harris needs and deserves game reps. AJ only looks for a primary and was very off once again. Missing quite a few passes to open receivers. No way in hell would I write him completely off though.

Where the hell was this OL all year???? If the find consistency LSU will be tough the rest of the year. They dominated the best D in the country last night.

I thoroughly enjoyed the game last night. It was a thriller. The coaching battles within the game. Great adjustments by both sides. Early on Freeze was getting the best of Chavis. Chavis adjusted. I have criticized Chavis a lot this year. I commend the job he has done in recent weeks. Wow has this D come alive. I love the youth. If Hunter and Alexander return next year this D will be special. Teuhema is a freakin beast, I'm really excited about him.

I commend Wallace and Ole Miss on their final drive. They showed a lot of heart and guts. I love that Chavis stayed aggressive. I criticized his overly conservative calling that cost quite a few games the previous two seasons. I was so nervous towards the end but I could not have asked for more from the team or Chavis and Miles. Had Ole Miss come back they deserved the win.

8 completions and 2 ints does not reach the mediocre level.

I don't care if you put Bama in place of Ole Miss. LSU won two BCS titles and played for a third in just the last decade. We are still near the top. No need to storm the field. Now when unranked LSU beat UF, then yes... storm the field.

Jennings is far better than a D, beating a top-3 team with a TD pass. I give him a C because of the two interceptions, but his game management might have gotten him a B, otherwise.

Mediocre - ordinary, average, middling, middle of the road.

What is more middle of the road than 50%

    The
The fact that anyone would consider eight completions and two interceptions any thing better than horrible is very sad indeed. It shows the tremendous depths to which Tiger fans expectations have fallen regarding QB play. Go to any football board college or pro and post those stats and ask fans of those teams to grade that performance. I find it hard to believe one single non LSU fan would give a grade higher than F. That's all I have to say on the subject. I'm not going to dwell on the negative after such a big win. There was definitely more positive than negative to talk about.

Minus 1 interception, the floater to Quinn, he is doing exactly what Cameron and Miles are asking of him.

I wish they hadn't, but it's no big deal. You're talking about a bunch of drunk 18-22 year olds that just watched a thrilling win over a top 5 team. No big deal IMO

Correct, just hand it off and don't lose the game. That's what he is asked to do because at this point that's the best they can hope to get from him.
