Anyone notice Lee look off a WR on the opposite side of the field before throwing the TD pass to RR?

That is what I have been wanting to see a little more of. Just a few times a game. It is there for the taking.

Can't complain at all, he and this team have been looking good all year.

No way, he locks on the primary receiver and throws off his back foot. Don't you read the boards?

    :D

Some don't remember a QB throwing 5 Ints. in the Spring game.

True but I think that is what the coaches are telling him to do. If the primary is open and he can get it off quick stick with what works. I have counted 2 maybe 3 times where he has looked to the opposite side of the field. Back foot scares me but he has shown a few times that he can step in and take a hit. Again if it works and he is comfortable then do it.

The guy that threw for more yards in the NFL last year has an awkward throwing motion. Doesn't seem to hurt him.... oh, just 4,710 yds. and one of the higher QB ratings.......second only to Brady. You can play football or you can't.

Oh, the QB that throws off his back foot, seems to be hitting the target........
Rueben Randle now leads the SEC in receiving yards (638) and receiving touchdowns (7).

    To add..

I love all these stats. P. Manning said in his interview during the game that Qb's throw 75% of their passes without proper foot work, maybe Lee is having to do it enough that he adjusts very well. Seems to be the case to me, he steps into most of his throws very well.

    Yep, Philip Rivers.

That's Jarrett Lee. A strong arm, a very very quick release, a funky delivery with poor footwork. Describes Rivers to a T.

If Brees is given time from his O-line, he throws with proper footwork 100 % of the time. And even when he is climbing the pocket he still does. He is the most technically perfect QB ever to play the game. And he has to be, as his arm is not strong enough to throw off a back foot or back pedaling.

Randle was actually his 3rd check. It was a great play by Lee and I hope we see a little more check downs.

I agree I think Miles told him to always take the first look if he's open or there's a spot. That play was all Lee (and Randle making a nice run). Lee is definitely playing with the most confidence he's ever had. I'm really happy for the guy.
