Indeed . . . but of course, this is how all sacks happen. The QB still has a responsibility to manage his pocket. This is the best and worst of Jefferson all in one. He gets in too much trouble in the pocket . . . but he gets himself out of it better than any LSU quarterback I can remember, except Herb Tyler maybe. Yes, he should be past any rustiness from the suspension. Perhaps. He got caught behind the line on a run once, that may be rated a TBL instead of a sack.
Hilliard has 10 touches inside the opponents 10 yard line. Six have gone for touchdowns. Of his other 39 carries, 14 have gone for first downs, including 7 out of 7 when carrying on 3rd down. 27 produces; that's why he gets the ball.
You, sir, have obviously NOT followed UGA's schedule this year. UGA did NOT play Bama, Arkansas or LSU in the regular season. UGA padded stats vs COASTAL CAROLINA and NEW MEXICO STATE. UGA got by a sub-par Florida team by 4. UGA beat a BAD Tennessee team by only 8. UGA snuck by VANDY by only 5! The only decent competition UGA faced this year, they laid a big goose egg. 0-2 vs Boise St and So. Carolina. Are they capable of pulling off the upset? Well, yeah, I guess any team in the SEC is. But we'd honestly have to play terribly BAD in all phases of the game
AB, I wouldn't waste my time. It's not worth it. I skip right past those posts. Ill-informed is not even a proper description of it.
please, for the love of God and all that is holy, take a heaping spoonful of your own advice You are the only person on God's green Earth that is an LSU fan that would make the statement you made about Hilliard.
