I'm the easiest guy you know. An yes, I figured LSU to win big against Wisconsin. I'll stick with Grimes, somehow we avg 440 ypg and over 38 ppg, even with this bad OL. Guess its just me.
That's actually one of the things that I like so far about Grimes and disliked about Stud. Keeps the line fresh late in the game and late in the season. Plus you never know when you lose a starter and one of these guys has to be the man.
And then what? Wait for utah st? Oh shit we are half way through the season and we still haven't seen the TE's get into the gameplan. On and on
I'm late again on watching the game since I no longer have ESPNU. I really like how the D is coming around. They are swarming to the ball. Tackling is looking better as well. The talent on this team is amazing. We just need them to continue improving and things could get scary for opposing O's. Debo played very well. The secondary is just dominanting. This may be the best overall secondary LSU has had outside of '11. Could possibly be better as time goes on because of depth. Now on to the bad. The OL is just horrible. There were a few nice holes in the first half but for the most part they were dominated by ULM. That is unacceptable. There were no holes for the backs. The pass blocking was horrible as well. AJ did not have much time to pass. As far as AJ goes a lot of people are somewhat down on him. I think he has been a very solid QB. Sure he is young and needs some work. All that said, when given time he has done a good job. He mainly needs work on the shorter passes. The only bad pass was the INT. We need a WR to step up along side Dural, who is just playing lights out. Quinn had two drops and Diarse had one.
