Well that certainly could not be the case. Uncle les just wouldn't make a bad hire. Like I said during the off season, we had bases loaded, 2 outs, bottom of the 9th down by 3 and drew a walk.

Should have hired Wickline and I don't care what @LSUDad says

I find it hard to believe that Grimes is that bad...

May have something there, the problem is that there is no doubt that Joe Wickline is that good.

Too early to know about Grimes, but it is clear he has his work cut out for him. There are some big strong athletes on that line. It is the coach's job to make sure they know WTF is going on out there. Communication along the line also seems poor. Changes at center haven't helped, I suspect.

You just described how fucking poor a job Grimes is doing.

Too early to know about Grimes? Yet you've written off #7 as not ever going to be the superstar running back he was touted as coming out of high school. Interesting....

Of course it is too early. He's been here less than a year and doesn't have any of his own recruits to work with. You always have to have a scapegoat.

Stop lying about what I've said. I suggested that Fournette isn't getting off to the start that Hershel Walker did. So is everybody else, Dude.

Your Indian name is Conclusion Jumper.

No problem with Wick, but I still like Grimes. Not gonna bash on Wick. Look at Grimes resume:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeff_Grimes

I like who he played under and coached under/with.

I see the OL doing good at times. Remember, Hoko is new, Pocic was moved into the starting position for two games. Now Porter gets the start. The second half of the Wisconsin game looked so much better. As I said, a hat on a hat, they were making their block. Grimes has done well and both Les and Cam were the ones that had the call with this one. Cam knows OL coaches, he's spent too much time with this. Les could have had the first OL coach when he arrived at LSU, again, Stacy Searels, but passed.

For a team avg. 440 ypg total offense, making 49% of 3rd down conversions, almost a 50/50 run/pass in yardage(679/642), we must be doing something right? 3-0, avg over 38 ppg, only giving up 8 ppg. Over 6 yards per play, only at LSU.
