Follow the conversation. It WAS NOT exclusive to QB's, clearly. You even said "BUT" transitioning TO Qb. And I was willing to overlook it but since you insist. :yelwink2:

he did say 90%, and not 100%.

and last anyone has checked, we haven't had a shortage of backs in quite some time.

I wasn't questioning his numbers, just asking about D Murray, what's your point? And we may not have had a shortage but we haven't had one who averages 100+ yards a game either...D Murray does.

can't speak for the other 4, but i saw every home game (and a few road)of David Butler's jr and sr years of high school.

    dude was a BEAST.
to this day, i've never seen anyone dominate in HS like that. Others may have put up bigger numbers, but "Dog Bone" was a man amongst boys.

dude carried that team to a state title in '91. he had a great combination of size and speed.

he had a couple good years a return guy for LSU,, and eventually converted to DB.

In an offense oriented conference...a two team conference. And as the thread starter, I can assure you that I'm not the only one that needs to "follow the conversation". We're sitting here talking about RBs, QBs, Demarco Murray...and you're telling me to follow the conversation? The thread was about Miles/Richt.

How did Florida, FSU and Miami miss Patrick Peterson?

Give me another example and I'll shoot it down the same way.

point was that we don't get all of them. some of them do get away.
either by us overlooking them or them just wanting to go elsewhere.

i don't follow recruiting, so i don't know why he chose OU.

Creating a number one defense. Having an excellent running game. Not having a quarterback and having everyone's panties in a bunch. Close enough?

Florida, FSU and Miami offered Patrick Peterson, we didn't offer D. Murray. Florida and Miami did, however. C the difference here?

    Or being FROM elsewhere.

All this is moot because I just went look and he's not even from Louisiana. I thought he was from around Alexandria but he's from Las Vegas.

Would someone kindly hand me that dumb azz post of the day medal?
