I could totally get with this, this is the idea that needs to re-ignite the fire that made this country what it used to be. The problem is Trump is a wolf in a sheep suit. He is a if nothing else a democrat and that is by his own words. I fear he is much much worse.

I don't think Trump is a savior. I have no idea how good he'd be as President, as most people. But I don't see him as a democrat. He says things like I support Planned Parenthood BUT not the abortion part. People don't hear the last part. Has talked about defunding that.

He just gave an analogy on AC360, about waterboarding & ISIS. He said they cut the heads off 20 people, then turn the TV on & watch us Americans being politically correct, talking about how terrible & cruel waterboarding is & laughing at us. I absolutely agree with that. He wants waterboarding & more. Basically saying fight fire with fire. To me, there is no way in hell that is liberal.

Hillary wants to "Build Bridges", I can only assume with Walmart greeters & perhaps a few bucks for startup money. Trump want to build a damn wall. I don't see that as liberal position. Which one of these two wants to follow the laws already on the books?

The last thing, always overlooked is he is self-funded & he belongs to Nobody.

    Thats what he "says"

If it were John Wayne he'd have my vote. Trump is no John Wayne. There is no doubt he says all the right shit most of the time. That is what snake oil salesmen do.

They all lose to Hillary so that's a wash, although I do believe Trump has the best chance to beat her. If the American people are willing to vote for anyone but the party shills it at least lets the establishment leaders know they have to change or the rats will start leaving the sinking ship. However voting for the other party owned candidates guarantees no change in what the establishment does. The Republican party has been saying fuck you to the American people for decades. You have every right to reward them and encourage them to continue that behavior. I and many others however choose to say fuck you back to them. If it does nothing other than make me feel better it still accomplishes more than voting for one of the other losing candidates.

    I disagree

    1. Trump's unfavorable is worse than hers, they are the bottom 2, he is dead last. Don't let these primaries fool you. Look at the real numbers.

    2. Look at who is left, Trump -outsider, Cruz - certainly no friend of the establishment Rubio - tea party (non establishment and this cost him early support) and then poor Kasich, the one that has been labeled a RINO for quite some time. I think other than Jeb the rest of the "establishment" has been at the kiddie debate the entire time.

    3. Where are they going to go? The folks that care about the borders and the constitution and the military? The ones that care about freedom and protecting what the founding fathers sacrificed and worked so hard far, where are they going to? They going to jump off the sinking ship into what?

Who are we going to put into congress or the senate? Who are we going to put into Gov. Seats across the country? How long will that take? Will trump just fire them all like he does on TV? Tell me where the fuck are they supposed to go behind this pied piper of yours?

You act as if this is going to wake anyone in Washington up, it might, but then what? I'll answer it for you, not a damn thing.

This will take a fucking revolution and I haven't quite figured out how yet but I'm going to lead it.

First of all you've been missing the boat on almost every post on this subject since it started being discussed. Hardly anyone is saying they like Trump and he damn sure isn't a pied piper of mine. What he is is not party establishment. You sound just like the Miles defenders, who are we gonna get, what are we gonna do? I'm scared to buck the system and make changes. Status quo sucks but it's safe and familliar. Wah fkn wah. Using your logic Miles would never throw a single pass and fans should be required to worship him. It's about time someone with a vote has the balls to say enough is enough.

Where are they gonna go? Where are they going to? HELLO!!!!! Watch the news, read the paper. They are already going with someone out of the inner circle. They are and will go to ANYONE THAT IS NOT A PARTY INSIDER. It doesn't matter what you call them, common sense conservative, Libertarian, the one getting the votes isn't the bought and paid for party insider. They are going elsewhere as we speak.

And quit talking all this revolution shit and get on with it. Like a true politician you'll debate it so long I'll be in diapers again before it starts and won't be able to participate.

The miles comparison is silly, but let's use it anyway. We all want miles gone but people like Shane and I want to replace him with Mark richt or Kirby smart. You want to replace him with al Pacino because he gave that really good speech in any given Sunday. That's the equivalent.

I'll take Al Pacino over those two.

If only there was a Nick Saban equivalent. Or even a Tom Herman.
