I thought I'd seen where Cruz was double digits ahead in Wiss. Maybe it was Missouri? Did we do Missouri yet?
Here are the Top 5 since WWII: http://hubpages.com/politics/Landsl...-US-Presidential-Elections-since-World-War-II Do you believe the GOP will run Trump as their candidate? I don't. Then you've got 7.5-8 Million GOP voters pissed off as frick, with Preibus wheeling out probably Cruz. Here have some leftovers. Cruz will take a beating maybe as bad as Mondale (1984) or McGovern (1972), 1 state winners in the general. Giving Cruz the Cheesers, he's won exactly 2 states out of the last 8 caucuses. Would you keep him as a Football coach even? Cruz calls this: "Victory after Victory after Victory." Eh..just not for him.
It was indeed Wisconsin, but a poll after that showed that gap lower and Trump within the margin of error. I fully expect Cruz to win this by double digits or very close to it. Trump was just fucking idiotic to attack the sitting governor. He lost the state at that point.
What we need to look for tonight is if Cruz can beat that 11 point margin he was favored in one of the last polls. If he wins by 20 or 25 percentage points, then the damage for Trump for his gaffes are real and significant and ominous going forward.
That is the biggest concern I have with him. The 6th grader in him that just can't refrain from lashing out even knowing there will be consequences.
