Off To be honest, LSU was lucky to survive MSU and Florida (with a back up QB), the record could very well be more realistically 5-5 right now. But to fall from #2 to more than likely out of the Top 25 altogether either tomorrow or next weekend shows the real story where the LSU program is headed. Every team around us is getting better while LSU is back pedaling.
i wouldn't have a problem if they were close and winnable games in all 3. We got totally curb stomped in all 3 though.
Not joking. Remember he also was coaching the 7 games that put LF at the top of the Heisman race. This team is built around running backs. If we go into an offensive transition year, especially if its to a pass first offense, its very probable that LF will gain fewer yards than he would with a a healthy more experienced version of our current. I hope you aren't expecting this will be a painless transition. When Miles took over from Saban it was pretty seamless because he had the same offensive philosophy. This time will be different. Alleva has heard your voice and will be looking for a completely different offence. Plus of course moving to a new offense helps Alleva because it buys him time - got to give the new guy time to get his people that match his style of play. The heat is off for a few years. This is more likely to look like Rodriguez going to Michigan than McElwain going to Florida.
Come on man don't play the card. People of all skin colors can see how Obama and Leslie have both screwed up in their respective positions.
