Spot on, already in fg range, run the ball twice and kick a fg, simple.

I don't make people something they are not.

    Rewriting history seems futile.
I believe I called this whole thing about close as anyone could, I wish I were wrong.

Well, Charles Scott is a bruising back. Has been his entire time at LSU. You claim running Scott up the middle won't work in the SEC. I...and many...disagree. Bottom line, the man who is the subject of this thread doesn't know HOW to play power football...which is exactly what is needed in the SEC.

Jordan Jefferson is an athletic QB. (Those who take offense and claim that as a racist comment...bleaux me) It isn't JJs fault that his OC tried to make him something he isn't for 3/4 of this season. It isn't his fault that his OC can't coach up a QB. So, in that regard, you're right that the OC tried to make JJ something he's not. However, it isn't JJs fault...and you have written him off long ago. It's Crowton...not JJ...not CS...that's to blame. That's all you should have been saying all along. But it's not all you said.

Didn't work last year, didn't work this year, not going to work in the SEC game in game out... but I guess I can play make pretend.

JJ is really not that athletic, he has shown a few plays where he has above average quick feet for a QB, but as a pure athletic... I must be watching someone else.

I never said it was all JJs fault. So apparently you haven't been reading what I have been saying all along.... rewriting history seems futile. JJ is good enough to get you 7-10 wins if the talent is high enough as LSU has around him.

I told you Crowton SUCKS, keep him next year and see what happens... you think it's ugly now
you have no idea how bad it can get. I have no problem if you want to try and develop JJ, but you ain't going to develop crap with Crowton, and at the end of the day you will still end up a few games short.... IMHO

Well if you want to go that route dont forget to blame our fantastic O line. But I disagree JJ shouldn't have been put in that position any decent OC wold have called run x3 and then kicked the field goal and roll on back to BR with the W.

Isn't it funny there's minimal heat on the refs today?

You see, the refs again were forced by Boss Slive to call everything again LSU and miss 95% of the calls against Ole P!ss. The difference this game was, Slive called down to Leslie's headset before the on side kick and said "work your magic, show me what you got big boy." Leslie showed him his magic and in turn took all the heat off the refs tonight.

I'm sure Slive called Leslie and said "well done my boy, I knew you'd f*ck it up and lose."

LSU well put. I do think Crowton will be fired but I think it wont be till after the season. I just pray and hope Crowton does not make the calls against Arkie and the bowl game. Secondly Jefferson sucks and is to be blamed just as much as the calling from the coaches. The dude is totally clueless. Why dont we spread it around and use all three qbs? I just dont get it. GEAUX TIGERS THOUGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crowton will be here next year, but if we don't see any improvement next year that should be it for him.
