Re: From a Buckeye fan...Lets have a great month leading up to the game. No worries. We lost our knockout punch shortly after week 2, we will play you to the wire.
Looks like we both pulled off minor miracles to get to the MNC game. I look forward to some good comments from you guys & maybe some good natured needling. Don't be fooled into thinking you will easily beat this team, what I've found out is the team that wants it more wins. In 02 nobody gave OSU a chance and we won and last year nobody gave Fla much of one & they waxed us. Fla was hungry & pissed and if this year has shown us anybody can beat anybody. If anything last years game hurts your chances this year, Tressel will not make the same mistakes twice. I look to see you guys as a 6 or 7 pt favorite maybe even higher but it will be a good hard hitting game. Good luck & congrats on your very successful season
Hey good luck man. I agree it should be a tough game and a lot of these Ohio St guys were in the game last year so they know how it felt. They'll come out ready to play. I just hope our guys are good to go as well and get the win. Good luck to you.
Re: From a Buckeye fan...Lets have a great month leading up to the game. We better hope we FIND the knockout punch to overcome the Buckeye defense. You look in the lost and found, I'll check the area around the beer keg... Seriously - 4-5 less penalties in the first half and a little more health, and the offense could roll. Although we seem to enjoy last minute heroics (or goatdom, pick your game), LSU has the team to put OSU away.
Re: From a Buckeye fan...Lets have a great month leading up to the game. There have been some good OSU posters come around here. Stick around and I hope we have some good discussions leading up to the game. Both programs have a lot to be thankful for this year.
Re: From a Buckeye fan...Lets have a great month leading up to the game. I agree, but they also had the team to put away Bama and others and couldn't find a way. This LSU team will play OSU down to the wire regardless what they bring to the dance.
Both teams took circuitous route to get to the game, but now we're here, might as well enjoy it. I was hoping they would let us play this game in Cleveland or Cincinnati, but without domes LSU would protest the harsh Ohio winter. So I guess they will have a virtual home game in NOLA. Looking forward to it. We have been on parallel tracks for awhile now and finally get to meet.
