We can't control what we can't control but we can hope for the best !

Good luck to all Football Tigers and sending much love with wisdom to the the football staff.

Do what needs to be done and move forward looking for nothing but success and victory.

Do those things daily that add to the success of the team.

Like I said in another thread, this could possibly be a net positive for this team. Here's why:
    1) the team will be in much better cardio shape after the "we have ran them, were running them" approach from coach.
    2) the team could possibly gel together. Adversity could cause them to become closer as a team
    3) the want to get back into clm's good graces may cause the team to work harder for their coach
    4) since some leaders may not be in that position anymore, new leaders may emerge and new doors may be open
    5) some positions may be open for competition now. Competition is always good.
    6) clm may be even more hands on now. He may very well see this as a failure on his part to install discipline. With clm being more involved the team my be more motivated.

We will see what happens. Coach will certainaly be much more demanding of his players. We may see a net positive from this. If there are several suspensions the team may be hurt. If no charges are levied on any player we may not see suspensions. Either way clm will regain complete and total floppin control of this team. That I would bet on.

It would be nice to have the list of all the curfew-breakers that were present at the bar. If all of them get suspended for Oregon, all bets are off. Les is probably mad enough to do it.

But if the named four get suspended or dismissed, then . . . Quarterback is one of our deepest positions, where we have a second senior QB with many games of starting experience and a first-class raw talent youngster who will now get more early playing time. And the other three players are underclassmen and not starters.

Les must refocus on new quarterback's skill sets with two weeks to go, but he would have had to do this if Jefferson had gotten hurt anyway. Our depth is only slightly thinned at LB, OL, and WR.

The season is far from over.

Well you certainly made me feel better and for that I thank you.
Still disappointing, I wanted to see JJ have a great year and tear em up. Maybe he is innocent however..

Innocent or not LSU is still loaded and only needs a QB that doesn't lose the game. If LSU can find a QB that can hit a wide open WR 10 yards down field and hand the ball off without falling down things will be just fine. Hopefully that QB will be JJ but if not time for someone else to step up.

Yeah, but another thing this is bad for the team, bad exposure.
