South Panola has won 58 in a row in a state that has more pro players per capita than ANY other state in the nation. To win 58 in a row in the highest classification in a state renowned for great HS football in unreal. I would love to see Curtis line up with South Panola, but I think it is funny of anyone to think that any HS team would beat South Panola by 28. I doubt between these two great teams that 28 points would be scored. :)

And after we beat Tenn, you'll not say one good word or post anything.

Don't need fans of your kind. Go play in a bathhouse or something...

I am a diehard LSU Fan, but if we lose to Tenn this year, we will be flirting with mediocority b/c we would have not beaten any top 25 teams this year. You can spin all you want that they are top ten teams, but I thought LSU is a top ten program, and legit top ten programs win some of those games. You realize if LSU can't beat Tenn or Ark, we are more than likely going to the liberty bowl. If that happens, we have certainly regressed.

That's not the point. You're either a fan or you're not. No one likes to lose and criticism is deserved when it happens. It's really sad when people can't find something good to say about their team after a win.

People like leftcoasttigger won't show up after a big win. He just lurks, waiting for another loss so he can whine and tell everyone he was right. That's not my definition of a fan.

The "spin" works both ways......if it plays out like that it would certainly be dissapointing and if you look at the bottom line- Liberty Bowl compared to Sugar Bowl- it is a regression in terms of bowl games; however, anyone who's followed LSU football longer than the past 10 years can tell you our level of play has never been stronger.

To win a title in any sport, you have to be good but you have to have a little luck down the stretch too- that little rabbit's foot has to be working. I hate to keep going back to this but we've been unlucky. The refs made it hard (not impossible) to win the Auburn game and we made the Florida game easy for them to win because we had some things happen that are uncharacteristic of our team and we didn't play well. Special teams alone could have swung the game in our favor.

I agree that the Tenn. & Ark games will tell us a lot about our program but losing one or both wouldn't mean we should abandon the ship. Most fans knew going in to the season that 3 losses was a strong possibility- very tough road games against very tough teams.

True that. We are as good or better than every team we line up against.
Sh!t happens sometimes and losses result, but this LSU program is in great shape. Some of these Johnny-come-lately kiddies don't realize how far we'd have to fall to regress to mediocrity. I'm amused at the negativity following a blowout win. The "experts" think that because some rookie made a good play that he should have played more against a top 5 team 2 or 3 weeks earlier. They swallow 32 point spreads like a San Francisco male nympho and think that should translate into a 50 point win, or something must be wrong. When I see a Trindon Holliday run like that, or a McCray hit to prevent a first down, I don't think: "Damn, he should have been in there against (name the loss)". I think: Damn, we're in great shape for years to come."

Ahhhh, a little critical of our team and the personal attacks come out. Been a fan longer than you've been alive.

If we win at Tennessee and Miles has something to do with it, I'll be right here posting.

I'm guessing Jamarcus will have another subpar game against the Vols and we "lose a game we should have won" but the officials took it away blah, blah, blah.

There has been much discussion about what Miles and his team have done with Russell. The kid has all the talent in the world but has not stepped up in the big games. He has a field day against mediocrity but stuggles against good opponents. That is coaching.

That's surprising because I thought you sounded like a big whiny baby.
