Problem is he was brought in because he is almost a duplicate of Chavis. He has some better points, the LB's are better and the D is more aggressive. On the other hand he lacks the ability to adjust. Although this is the exact situation we saw years back with McCray. Thomas consistently gets beat. White should shadow whoever the oppositions best WR is. Especially when it's someone like Cooper who was on many all SEC teams. I'm not gonna call for his head, but Steele must prove he can make adjustments. Jackson has done an excellent job covering the slot. No reason Thomas should be seeing the field except in mop up duty or special teams.
No, but I had friends that had logistical problems just like you and couldn't make it. They don't need no stinking excuse. 48 hours is damn short notice to anybody. Sure a fuller house would be nice for TV, but we really have nothing to prove as far as fan support. It's a shame there were not more one-time attendees taking the opportunity to see a game in Tiger Stadium, but it ain't a tragedy, Tonto.
I would've liked to have gone, myself, but seeing as how I'm back in the hospital today with an endoscopy probably in the morning, it wasn't my best time.
