I posted this before, but no one responded. Maybe it deserves a thread of his own, but Bleacher Report timed about 40 yards of that run and he clocked in at a sub 4.0. Now, I know that's not official, but dayum, he fast. To be fair, he was already at full speed when the clock began. I think his official 40 time is 4.2. http://saturdayblitz.com/2015/10/10/leonard-fournette-runs-40-yard-dash-in-3-9-seconds-video/
That's unreal. To run through people and then let up a little and realize you got a guy on your 6 then turn it back on and burn them, that's hard to wrap your head around.
I'm never asking him shit. I like getting real answers when I ask questions not some Scott Walker politician statement that has nothing to do with my question.
The most impressive thing about the article and LFs raw talent is his ability to make cuts and lose minimal speed. He's no Barry Sanders and he doesn't possess blazing NFL speed. It's his combination of power, speed, vision and cutting at full speed that make him special. The fact that he's a humble, grounded, got his shit together young man that puts him over the top. Fournette is the rare combination of player and person that makes you extremely proud that he represents the Tiger nation. The Talent is God given plus drive and hard work. However don't discount the impact that an outstanding family surrounding him has on the young man he is. His family should be proud of the job they did raising him and his siblings.
If he really runs a 4.2 40 he has blazing NFL speed but the only way I believe that is if I'm holding the stopwatch
