Why does anyone post anything to a forum good, bad, or ugly if the coaches don't see it? It's clear this entire thing is irrelevant from your point of view so let's shut it down. It is because we've had such a good run that we expect and demand more. Miles is an amazing recruiter and has a perpetual top 10 class. However he has NEVER recruited and developed a QB here. Not one in 10 years. This glaring weakness is the exact reason we don't have more trophies in the case. Now another year is here and it's the same thing all over again. Many fans are tired and restless of this same old shit happening. Red's post shows even pumpers are having to admit there is an issue.
No, I will just enjoy the shit out of a top-5 team with a Heisman Trophy running back that is a contender for the playoffs. I can't imagine what more you are expecting except perfection and no team in history has ever been perfect. I will allow you to wallow in misery if that's what blows your hair back, but nobody is going to join you. Even Gru and the Minions have shut the fuck up . . . for now.
Well, I don't understand how anybody cannot recognize the things we do very well. This is a successful team and you have to be wearing blinders not to see it. I don't think you want it better, you want it perfect and you will never be happy. Not me chief, I'm enjoying the golden age of LSU football. It has never been better.
Do you really think the coaches hang on what is posted here? If so you have an inflated opinion of yourself and all of us. I post for entertainment and discussion. Yes it's not his strong point. So what do you propose to do about it? Les runs the program and only answers to the AD. The only real solution is one you claim not to advocate. So what now?
No you have an opinion that is not universally shared. Get used to it. Well, if you were truly honest you would also credit them for the clear successes. But you just like to complain. That's OK, knock yourself out, nobody will stop you. But nobody has to agree with you either and people will get right in your face. Get used to that, too.
I wish the passing game would get better but watching Fournette and this O line run block is an absolute joy to watch. Hell we should be used to not being able to throw the ball, however I'm not gonna criticize those that are critical of our passing attack or lack thereof.
You rang I do, and I don't see how anyone could fail to see that if we did more PA the things we are doing very well would turn into extremely well You make Gru laugh. Cut that out No one has been critical of the ground game. Even you have said we will have to be able to throw it. We are running out of "tune ups" to get the kinks worked out
Yet Florida comes in with a first year QB and first year coach and their freshman QB goes 24-27 for 271 and 4 TD's no picks against a pretty good Ole Miss team. But we will make every excuse under the sun as to why our guys can't even throw for 150 and 52 percent.
Can you just imagine how good the offense would be with a decent, effective passing attack and about a 65-35 run to pass mix. We might never have to punt.
