No, I'm not miserable in the least. Our defense takes some series off, which is a concern, and our special teams are really bad, which inevitably will be a bigger and bigger problem. But, personally, I'm watching (and really enjoying) the Leonard Fournette show. He's a once-in-a-generation talent, and I do not choose to be miserable during it. I like to have fun, especially when there is a situation over which I have zero control.
I don't think she is, delusional perhaps but surely not miserable. I've never quite found out how if you want the team to be better that it means you don't like the team, or wish them to lose. I haven't seen that from anyone.
The older I get, the more I tend to lighten up. As I said, I cannot control what goes on in the LSU football program, but watching Fournette do his thing is making this season fun.
So you're saying you've given up on the team and are just focused on Fournette? The whole point to me is NEVER giving up on the team and wanting them to improve. I would have assumed all diehard tiger fans would have been the same.
Of course, I would like to see LSU improve. I would like to see LSU win the playoffs. However, I'm not convinced that we won't improve. And I'm enjoying this season. I love football season in general--it's the best time of the year.
Exactly. Wanting the team to be better somehow means you hate the team? I just don't understand it. Not accepting bullshit excuses and wanting to hold coaches accountable should be the standard.
