No, I'm saying that a head coaches responsibility is to win football games, and Les has done that better than almost anyone. A head coach is not responsible for fumbles, bad passes, dropped passes, shanked punts, wrong routes, wrong snap counts. out-of bounds kickoffs, missed tackles, personal fouls, bad weather, poor officiating, and about a hundred other things. Every player and coach on this team has personal responsibilities and is accountable for them.
You can't expect him to be as good as you. They pay him all that money and he can't figure out how to recruit. What a gyp.
