I just watched the replay on SECN.

    One addition for the UGLY.

Jones dropping a perfectly thrown play on 1st down in OT. I suspect a different outcome if he makes the catch.

If I may add.....Jennings, Harris and Rettig were all 4-stars coming out of high school. Recruiting top QBs has not been the issue. Getting them to perform to their projected potential - when they hang around - has been. Towards that end, just last year Miles brought in an OC with a reputation for developing outstanding professional QB's. His influence on Mett was immediate and obvious. Not happening as quickly with the current guys, but Cam's getting them just out of HS, while Mett had 2 years SEC coaching and a year in Juco when Cam got to him.

So following a loss in the last minutes, to the one team who has consistently out performed us in recent years, for the 4th straight time, lead by our xCoach, who are again in the SECC and NC hunt while we are on the outside looking in, in our last home game of the season, with an offense 10 years in the making that hasn't yet figured out how to be simply average in the passing game, after getting the ball on our 6 yard line with less than a minute to play, and after watching BAMA march down the field following a kickoff out of bounds without using a timeout, not to mention some egregiously questionable calls by the refs down the stretch, unbelievably there is some griping.

Has Les consistently fielded a winner? Heck yes, it's been a great run and a huge accomplishment for Miles and the program.

Has one program in our conference in our division with our xCoach outperformed us? Sadly, yes.

Has our passing game been awful for 10 years? Unbelievably, yes.

Is one guy, who makes a ton of money, with a coaching staff who makes a ton of money, responsible for this? You bet your ass. How can you say, hey, he gets guys in here, it ain't on him to make it work? That is such an empty argument I can hardly believe you're making it.

For millions, I expect for Miles to continuously look for ways to improve, but the passing offense isn't even something you have to look hard to find. Offenses pass and offenses run, and we don't do one of those, and last I checked we aren't GA tech.

In the past 10 years, what would we have accomplished with an average passing attack? Is part of Miles strategy having a shitty passing game, ya think?

And we almost won without a passing game, you say. But with a passing game, we win. Big difference between NC contender and the "next year" gang. There's a bunch of teams that are going to win it all next year.

I love the good, bad, AND ugly, but right now to act like Miles deserves little criticism is not fair. Pumpers say no complaining after a win, maybe the negaTigers should say no optimism after a loss. I don't like b&w world though.

    Jesus, I'll shut my trap.

Three years if you want to count his redshirt season at Georgia.

I have already given props for Miles wins. HE WINS A LOT.

Why would you not recruit instate? Makes no sense. Most people are not clamoring for Harris because he is from instate. It is because AJ has not been efficient. He holds on to the ball for far too long. He mainly looks at his primary receiver only. He has not been accurate at all.

On the other hand Harris has lead the team to TD's at a much higher percentage when give PT. He is a far better passer. It appears the team believes in him more than they do AJ. Harris looks to spread the ball more. He may not read the D quite as well or make adjustments but at this point we need to pass the damn ball. I know he bombed the Auburn game but if given more PT no doubt he would prove the better QB.

Miles has his guy. He will ride AJ to the ground. He did it with Lee. He did it with JJ.

Are you? Like wtf do these comments even mean?

    Why have a message board?

How did I fail again? LET ME REPEAT. I DO NOT DENY HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS.....

Some of you are daft in reading.

I have SPECIFICALLY talked about the QB situation as of late more so on the development of QB's outside of Mett it is been disastrous from 2008. Its an undeniable FACT.

Never denied this. Please sing a new toon

    Strawman

Again, when did I deny this???

Only after being kicked off another SEC team.

AGAIN, I GAVE MILES PROPS FOR THIS.....

    DO YOU READ?

    Are you an expert?

You keep saying this, but it is still only a guess. Les could do anything at any time. I think Harris will play when he is ready and earns it. He was given a shot and failed. He will be given more shots.

This! When I saw Ritter, I knew it was going to be an a especially shitty night of officiating.
