Well, I do think Shane and Furduknfish make some good points about CLMs coaching style. It is frustrating, and we could do better with our talent. But, not to the point worth whining about.

Les has issues, nobody is denying that. But Shane and the minions want to put it ALL on Les and won't tolerate anybody else's opinions that maybe we have issues everywhere.

I just thought the word "coach" should've appeared in that analysis in SOME form or fashion. We call it how we see it too. Stop acting like a bitch if someone offers feedback that isn't rubbing your back and telling you how great your analysis was.
