Let's be fair though, whose responsibility is it to have the team prepared? Who is responsible for the play calling and game plan? it begins and ends with the head ball coach.
He is the biggest and most consistent problem. Saban would have beaten Miles if they switched teams last night. He makes a lot of money to not put a shit product in the field when it matters - again (again is a key word here). You pumpers need to pull head out of sand. The Nile is a river in Egypt.
Shit, I saw it in game 1, so I got you beat!!! I'm still not saying fire Miles, I'm just saying I'm very disappointed and disheartened and he needs to earn his money. I think Steele was the administration's biggest fuck you to Miles to date. The hat is losing his support.
You kinda relentlessly have Miles back. He deserves a heaping helping of criticism this year. This is five years of his team underperforming against Bama. At some point you gotta deal with the cause, not the symptoms.
I agree with this post. Miles should not be fired, that is not happening. However I expect a better performance from a team with two weeks to prepare for a damn game. That is just inexcusable to look that poorly. Losing is fine if you bring your best like Bama did. There were zero adjustments. I see this as a trend with Miles though and it's only getting worse. He won't budge from the run. I also agree that Steele just is not cutting it. He needs to go after the season, plain and simple. Along with BDP. I do feel that Miles has lost his magic, his best is a thing of the past. This program is not coaching up like it once was. The swagger is gone. LSU knew they were going to lose, while Bama knew they were gonna win. The mind set of the two teams were totally different. I hope Miles fixes this and proves me wrong.
