I feel sorry for the other team if this LSU squad ever decides to put it all together and play a full 60 minutes of football.
I just watched the 1st half. Very pleased with first quarter, but somewhere in the second we seemed to lose focus. Kind of across the board. Very noticeable.
But Charles is the LT, Deculus is on the other side, and virtually every time Burrow had to bail out of the pocket, it was because Deculus was getting beat to the outside. His feet are not quick enough Cush has quietly done a nice job in the middle. Besides his blocking, proof of that is we've had not issue with the center-QB exchange. Credit to Chasen Hines as well. He's been called on to fill in for Brumfield twice, a little shaky at Auburn but was moving people around last night.
Traore did make a few good blocks but he made mistakes too. Disappointing considering he was the #1 rated JUCO O Lineman.
Brumfield was spotted leaving the field on crutches last night for what it’s worth. Crutches are never a good thing.
