The Ugly: -Les swearing that we would finally have a more balanced offense. 48 rushing plays vs 14 pass plays -Moo Town having two freshman on the OLine and a converted TE playing LT {that may have been the reason Key looked so good} and we could not get pressure with the DLine alone. -Cam holding a lamenated play sheet-- why? there were only two plays on the side he was looking at. -Prevent defense again! The entire second half!!!!! Forget the fact that every time we brought a blitz package, Miss St had no idea what to do.
I dont think anyone thinks the sky is falling. Just a hope that LSU isn't held back to the point it cost them games down the stretch. Last night was a gamble. Pure and simple. We should not let our season ride on the other team making mistakes. We must make our opportunity.
See you are confident things are going to progress as the season does. I am not. I've made excuses every year about how things will progress and they never do.
When we have a quarterback that has proven himself capable of running a complex playbook, we have seen it run. Plus, the last time we had a running back like Fournette was Charles Alexander. He was an All-American, a Heisman finalist and is in the College Football Hall of Fame. He got the ball 30 times a game for four years. Get used to power football, Hoss. It requires running the ball a lot.
shooting for 3 and outs converting 30% of 3rd downs waiting for a break away run is not worth 5 mil hoss. That will have to change if you want Miles to retain the 80% title. He can be used far more effectively....
Whos says im not happy? You pulling this shit again? This is a forum to talk about LSU and most of what people talk about are up coming games, issues, areas of improvement, etc.....
I thought I noticed Tehe... and Clapp in the game at the same time. Is anything wrong with Boutte. Hopefully, no one on the OL is hurt. I didn't notice anyone get hurt and not return to the game.
