Unfortunately that loss could come vs any SEC team on out schedule. Even those teams we are clearly better than as long as the "play not to lose" mentality pervades the concrete block that is Les Miles head. I like Miles. He hs a lot of good qualities. But recognizing when his philosophy is outdated isn't one of them. Since 2008 he has become a turtle and his strategy is to pull his neck back into his head and hope the big bad alligator can't break through his shell. It's no coincidence that we haven't heard anybody say "Fear the Hat" in a long time.
I wouldn't come here if I couldn't put the idiot on ignore. He's been the lone member of my ignore list for at least a couple of years.
I've never put anybody on the ignore list but one time I discovered that somehow @lsutiga was on ignore. I kept seeing his quotes but I never saw him. There must be something about him that triggers an autoignore feature.
I wonder if he was conceived in the back of a hippie van with unicorn pictures and peace signs all over it.
I just came across the following: http://lsu.247sports.com/Article/LSU-quarterback-Brandon-Harris-talked-about-the-game-plan--39439293. Harris discusses the game plan and states that there were a lot of pass plays called that were checked to run plays at the LOS. Miss St showed some blitz looks at times. He also stated that the game plan for Miss St was aggressive. We have to remember that as fans, there are a lot of things we don't see that the QB and coaches see. Better to check to a running play than to force a ball a through the air that gets picked off. We won the game. Let's now focus on our energy on Auburn hate week!
Road win. Ranked team. Season opener. I'll take it. No. Fuck dat. Fans know best. Every play should be put to a vote by the fans. We don't need no goddamned head coach. You know what? We don't need no goddamned players either! The fans themselves will play.
48 run plays vs 14 pass plays That's a lot of change up's at the line. Let's not forget sometimes you change a run play to a pass play at the line as well.
