MM, that course looks pretty sweet. I had a chance to play the breakers once down there and it was awesome although very much a "resort course".

I've gotten to where I only play bright green top flites because I find that it tends to irritate people who are serious about golf.

I am truly awful at golf because i don't have a good natural swing and I play about 4-5 times a year. Not a good combination. I am the pure definition of inconsistent. I once had 4 birdies in one round at Webb Park in BR and shot 112. No bullshit.

It was a business trip, I didn't pay and didn't get to stay there either. My buddy also almost killed me on that course. He was driving behind me on the cart path, probably 50-100 feet and right as I was stopping, he turned to locate his ball on teh fairway. As I'm getting out of my cart, I hear him lock up the breaks. I jumped out of the cart just before he slammed into it. It was pretty wild. Fun course though.

I tried to stir up some interest among the south La. forum members for a golf day during the bye week a couple of years ago. Couldn't get anything together, but would love to see it happen.

Well, the Tigers are off on Oct. 27. Could be a nice day for golf.

Is that the same weekend as Kyle K's charity walk thing that he does? If so I think we are supposed to be there. May be on to something.

I've seen that referenced in here before, but I don't know anything about it.
