In fact, I recently found myself unemployed and didn't even try to get unemployment benefits even though I am entitled to them and as a taxpayer who has written a check to the government for the last ten years I have paid for it. then why is Congress starting to look into setting price caps on insurance premiums? Or Congress telling me I HAVE to buy a private product or face the wrath of the IRS. And why is Congress, and Obama, pushing to give the Executive branch permanent bailout authority while allowing for the government to unilaterally declare a financial business is failing and then break it up? Seems like a hell of a lot of government authority that has never existed before.
