I 'm not ready to predict yet but I'm not so pessimistic.

Why is everyone so high on Georgia? They lost as many defensive starters as we did and don't have nearly as much to replace as we do. Without their NT and LB senior studs they were pretty ordinary. I'll take Cam and our O over that D this early in the season.

OM will be tougher than many think. We play them after a tough stretch. If the O develops like we hope and we don't have injuries on D that take leaders out we should have enough.

Phuck Bama that game will be a battle and 11.5 points will be 3 times the margin if the gumps win. We have had their number in Tuscalooservile.

 

The only thing Vegas is right about is the LSU Bama spread. LSU 38- Bama 27. We are gonna finish what we started last November. Bama looses to LSU and A&M and go bowling with the chickens.

 

Hmmm, not really. My comments were directed at the yahoo's over at college football news. Those idiots couldn't pick a rabbit out of a herd of buffalo. Vegas on the other hand, while not technically trying to be "right" are usually right in the middle which is where they want to be. They don't build those giant casino/hotels from not knowing their shit.

 

IMO. The only thing that gave Bama the Advantage last year was our lack of experience and generic play calling. We played what, 16 freshman? Ran the same plays, in the same formations we always do. Obvious plays at that. Still, If we had been playing with a few more starters i think we would have won by 7. If Cam is as good as advertised. The least we will have is those same 7 or 8 plays wrapped 2 or 3 different ways each. If we really do Utilize TEs and WRs more, it takes some pounding off the Backs. Keep our defense off the field and take the punishment to opposing defenses. Get points on the board so we can sit our starters some. Keep them healthy and the odds will change by November. I hate the gumps.
