    Guys/Gals,

Please help me with the following:
    1. I have tickets in sec 106. Are these good seats?
    2. Who's tailgate should I stop by?
    3. Can I carry alcohol into the game?
    4. What are the good bars for after the game?
    5. What time should I arrive at the stadium to enjoy the atmosphere?

Please help me with another other good info that will help my gameday experience.

    Thanks,

    Yes

    2. Who's tailgate should I stop by?

If you're not a shy person then I would suggest stopping by any tailgates that look fun to you. I would work your way toward Dalrymple and the Indian Mounds so you can see the band march down the hill. Try not to stay in one place too long. There is a lot to see and time will fly by. Especially with such an early game.

    3. Can I carry alcohol into the game?

Hide it. You can by a plastic flask at almost any convince store or gas station near campus. As long as you keep it out of sight you will be fine.

    4. What are the good bars for after the game?

You're going to want to walk as traffic will be bad. I would suggest going to the Chimes area (Chimes - best food near LSU, Varsity - connected to the Chimes and more of a bar scene but sometimes has food too, or Serrano's - Mexican place but they close the parking lot after games and have a big outdoor party. There are also some newer places across the street like Northgate tavern and pizza place called Reginelli's.

Once traffic dies down you can hit 3rd street or the places under the Perkins overpass. (Georges, Chelsea's, Duvic's, Ivar's). You could aways tailgate after the game for a while too.

    5. What time should I arrive at the stadium to enjoy the atmosphere?

Honestly I would get out there as early as you can. Like I said the it will go by quick. I'd shoot for 8 AM at the latest. You don't want to get stuck in traffic and parking hell.
