We, the administrators for the great university of LSU, must politely but firmly "insist" that this type of heathren animosity stop at once. If it continues, we will eliminate cheerleaders at the games. All fans caught yelling this will have their tickets revoked. LSU admin. p.s. GO TO HELL LSU GO TO HELL or "hotty toddy" whichever you prefer  Your loving adopted reb..............COL
What year was it they put up the sign at the border about setting clocks back 7 seconds or so?...My memory dims in the old age, but they were whinning about a call or something. Anyway, always look forward to the game. Hope we deliver a delta azz whuppin. geaux LSU
1972 was the year of the game. Bert Jones hit Brad Davis with the winning pass on the last play of the game.
That game brings back memories. I had just arrived in CO. Had enjoyed a nice Saturday night dinner with my soon-to-be wife, and was listening to the game on a 50k watt station out of Shreveport I think. When Davis caught the pass I set a personal best record for vertical leap. 5" I think. That was her first exposure to the fervor & passion of LSU fans.
Me and the wifes second date was sitting in Tulane stadium watching them play I believe Kentucky and listening to the Tiger's on the radio. Tulane won that game and their fans were more upset about LSU pulling that game out then happy about their win against Kentucky.
what ever happened to the annual re-telling of the story about the Hotty Toddy's? surely someone here could find it and repost.
