Serious question... how does this impact the SEC office? Do they lose anything, other than face? Because what I've learned about beauracrats over the years, is if it doesn't affect them, it doesn't matter what happens.

I think in time Sankey and the home office are going to get called out for their inability to make this game happen now. The ADs are going to push for their advantage. The commissioner has to be the voice of reason. Slive has had to deal with this stuff and he never let this thing go to a debate that I remember. LSU had to move about 10 years ago and I don't remember Slive waiting for everyone to do the right thing. When Sunday wasn't agreed to, Sankey should have made sure Sunday was still plan B. The buck stops with the commissioner.
