Thanks for posting the highlights of the article as I won't touch that link as Guilbeau is an awful journalist.
I'll never let this go, the crap Guilbeau will say just to sell his agenda. At the time he was still in love with Saban... Guilbeau from January 4, 2007
He doesn't even know the BCS rankings. What a moron :rolleye33: Collision course? | The Advertiser | theadvertiser.com
Gee, maybe Saban's handling of 9/11 had a little something to do with the fact that the game scheduled for that weekend was POSTPONED until later in the year. That was the game that Auburn stomped on the eye, we opened with an on-side kick, beat the barn, and played our way into the SECCG. And oh yeah, the ENTIRE FRICKIN' COUNTRY had to deal with 9/11, so any handling of the situation was completely relative. This was not the case with Katrina.
Normally I don't. I just saw a link called: "LSU could face some intriguing postseason possibilities" on lsufootball.net so I clicked it. When I saw the author didn't even know what the BCS rankings were I scrolled up to see who it was. Update: To his credit. I emailed him about this error and he responded in less than 30 minuted with this:
Accidental Dildeau feedings are understandable. My comment was directed to those who post his links for others to read and complain about how such a crappy writer can continue to make a living. Its like that bit from Stern's Private Parts: Researcher: The average radio listener listens for eighteen minutes. The average Howard Stern fan listens for - are you ready for this? - an hour and twenty minutes. Pig Vomit: How can that be? Researcher: Answer most commonly given? "I want to see what he'll say next." Pig Vomit: Okay, fine. But what about the people who hate Stern? Researcher: Good point. The average Stern hater listens for two and a half hours a day. Pig Vomit: But... if they hate him, why do they listen? Researcher: Most common answer? "I want to see what he'll say next."
