The answer is give O 4 years and an easy buyout clause. Herman not coming here boys and Jimbo is in no way the answer and as I stated on another post we are left with coaches who have "potential" a big ass gamble. If nothing else O would have great recruiting and the next coach would inherit a stocked team. However that will not happen. There is a saying that goes "90% of the fish are caught by 10% of the fisherman" and that applies here. Only 10% of the public know football the other 90% just think they do. Aleeva showed he is in the 90% so far by not making a move last year. Imagine O being given the keys at the end of last year?
